Simon Rimmer

Simon Rimmer first “broke the rules” when he bought a small vegetarian restaurant as a dedicated meat-eater and without knowing how to cook. Forced to learn back-to-front, he was soon producing some of the most innovative and critically acclaimed food in Manchester. Unconstrained by preconceived ideas and formal training, he has developed a fresh and eclectic cooking style that takes its inspiration from global food, from his mum’s table and from the best chefs in the world.
